Cancellation Policy

For any online prepaid appointment, the client can cancel his/her planned arrangement without any charges. We don't engage cancellation demands from in-direct client reference. Occasionally, arrangements may be canceled or postponed by the Third Party Benefit Supplier (Specialist, Clinic, Lab, etc.). If this happens, we are going to attempt to contact and advise the client and he/she may reschedule the arrangement as per their comfort or visit Khair web/app for re-booking.

Rescheduling of Prepaid Appointments

A Client may reschedule his/her appointment i.e. book an appointment for another date and time with the same Third Party Benefit Supplier for the same healthcare service, till 1 hour before the appointment. All re-schedule demands will be subject to bank processing expenses and these charges will be applied to the customer. In the case of re-scheduling, on the off chance that there's any difference within the charges for the re-scheduled arrangement, we are going to collect the differential sum from the customer.

When we receive a viable cancellation request, as mentioned above, we will initiate a refund of the customer’s advance payment. The sum may be transferred through IBFT or by transferring the sum back into the respective Jazz cash, easy paisa accounts, or Khair wallets in the app. Typically, refund processing time will be within 24 hours.
